Amendment C217ball (Ballarat)

Implements the findings of the Ballarat 11 Waterways Flood Study (Water Technology Pty Ltd, July 2025) by inserting Schedule 2 to Clause 44.03 Floodway Overlay, Schedule 2 to Clause 44.04 Land Subject to Inundation Overlay, Clause 44.05 Special Building Overlay and Schedule 1 to Clause 44.05, updating the Schedule to Clause 72.03 and adding Ballarat 11 Waterways Flood Study Summary Report as a background document at Clause 72.08.
