The amendment seeks to replace the expiry date of the current interim heritage controls protecting two heritage places at 398-428 Exford Road and 430-458 Exford Road, Weir Views with an extended expiry date of 1 April 2021. The amendment also corrects an obvious and technical error that occurred as part of the approval of Amendment C199melt by correcting the address at HO129 within the Schedule to Clause 43.01, and within the Schedule to Clause 72.04 to reflect the correct address.
