The amendment implements the findings of the Dowling Forest Planning Controls Review. The amendment rezones most properties from Special Use Zone - Schedule Area 13 (SUZ13) and Farming Zone - Schedule areas A and B to new Special Use Zone - Schedule 17, 18 or 19. 7 properties are proposed to be added to SUZ13 and the amendment includes updates and revised local planning policy at Clause 21.07-6.
