The amendment replaces the incorporated document that applies to the land at 1665A Mount Cottrell Road Mount Cottrell, with a new incorporated document to allow change the use of the site from holding Class A water to holding potable (drinking) water. The amendment also makes other associated changes to the Melton Planning Scheme to facilitate this.
