The amendment removes VicRoads' Public Acquisition Overlay (PAO) from 1189 Geelong Road, Mount Clear and rezones land along Ballarat-Buninyong Road which has been declared as arterial road under the Road Management Act 2004 to the Road Zone - Category 1 (RDZ1). The Amendment also corrects the title of Ballarat West Development Contributions Plan 2014 in the schedule to Clause 81.01 to Ballarat West Development Contributions Plan 2014 (Amended June 2017) as introduced by Amendment GC75 and inadvertently reversed with the gazettal of Amendment C208. The Amendment makes other administrative changes to the schedules to clauses 61.03 and 81.01 to ensure accordance with correct form and content.
