Amendment C183 (Melton)

The amendment gives effect to the Mt Atkinson & Tarneit Plains Metropolitan Greenfield Growth Area Standard Levy Infrastructure Contributions Plan July 2017 (the Plan) in the Melton Planning Scheme (MPS) by introducing the Infrastructure Contributions Plan Overlay (ICPO) along with a new ICPO Schedule 1 into the MPS, and applying them to the Mt Atkinson and Tarneit Plains Precinct Structure Plan area. The amendment also incorporates the Plan into the Melton Planning Scheme by including it in the schedule to Clause 81.01.
