Makes changes to the Macedon Ranges Planning Scheme to implement the Amess Road Precinct Structure Plan, including inserting Schedule 1 to the Urban Growth Zone, inserts Schedule 3 to the Development Contributions Plan Overlay, inserts the Road Closure Overlay, amends Clause 52.16 to include a Native Vegetation Precinct Plan, amends Clause 52.17 Native Vegetation to identify native vegetation not requiring a permit for its removal, amends Schedule 53.01 Public Open Space Contribution and Subdivision and associated amendments to Clause 72.03 and Clause 72.04. Includes a combined planning permit for Stage 1 residential subdivision.
