The amendment amends Schedule 1 to Clause 37.07 (Urban Growth Zone), the Schedule to Clause 72.04 (Incorporated Documents) and the Echuca West Precinct Structure Plan incorporated document to state that the Echuca West Precinct Structure Plan will expire on 9 September 2024. The amendment also makes administrative changes to maximum floor area provisions in Schedules 1 and 2 to Clause 35.07 (Farming Zone) and the Schedule to Clause 35.08 (Rural Activity Zone).
