Make corrections to the heritage overlay schedule and incorporated plan by : (1) Deleting redundant interim HO163 HO164 and HO165 from the heritage overlay mapping| (2) Amend schedule to heritage overlay by deleting duplicated heritage overlay listings| and (3) Amending the Ballarat Planning Scheme Heritage Control 2004-Incorporated Plan to: i) refer to the correct date of Ballarat Heritage Precincts Statements of Significance 2006 | ii) to list the trees not exempted from planning permits in street alphabetical order| and iii) clarify that the exemptions for new outbuildings and minor development to significant places apply to significant places abutting a rear laneway| and iv) deleting reference to exemptions for external paint controls for properties in the Victoria Street Heritage Precinct (HO177) and West Ballarat Heritage Precinct (HO164).
