The amendment Introduces ongoing Heritage controls relating to inner Ballarat Heritage precincts identified as significant arising from a detailed study by council known as Ballarat Heritage Precincts Study Part A July 2006. It amends the Municipal Strategic Statement to update references to these precincts and to introduce associated local planning policies and incorporated documents into the Ballarat Planning Scheme.
