Amendment C104 (Campaspe)

The amendment implements the Echuca South East Rural Living Precinct Structure Plan, July 2014 and the recommendations of the Traffic Assessment, 2014 and Echuca South East - Outline Drainage Plan, 2014. Specifically, the amendment rezones land north and south of Brecon Court, south of Scott Road and west of Mary Ann Road from Rural Living Zone to Farming Zone, Schedule 1, applies the Rural Living Zone, Schedule 2 to land in the Rural Living Zone generally along Brecon Court and bounded by Mary Ann Road in the west, Kelsh Road in the south, Simmie Road in the east and the Murray Valley Highway and the Echuca-Toolamba Railway Line in the north, applies the Rural Living Zone, Schedule 1 to land in the Rural Living Zone at Kyabram and in the southern region of Rushworth (including Waranga Shores), applies the Development Plan Overlay to land generally bounded by Mary Ann Road in the west, Kelsh Road in the south, Simmie Road in the east and Murray Valley Highway, Echuca Racecourse and the railway line in the north, amends Clause 21.09 of the MSS to delete the reference to 'subject to future investigation' on the Echuca Town Structure Plan No. 3 and to include a new implementation action and reference document, replaces the Schedule to Clause 35.03 (Rural Living Zone) with a new Schedule 1, inserts a new Schedule 2 to Clause 35.03 to specify minimum subdivision areas, inserts a new Schedule 10 to Clause 43.04 (Development Plan Overlay) to guide the form and future development of land within the Echuca Sout East Rural Living Precinct and replaces the Schedule to Clause 61.03 to insert a new Planning Scheme Map No. 12DPO into the Campaspe Planning Scheme.
