Replaces existing Incorporated Document Macedon Ranges Shire Restructure Area Plans, 1999 with Macedon Ranges Shire Restructure Area Plans, 1999 (Revised 2014) at Clause 21.08 Reference Documents and in the Schedule to Clause 81.01 Incorporated Documents. Clause 45.05 is also amended to update titles of existing Restructure Plans RO4, RO5 and RO10 that are affected by the updated incorporated document. The effect of the exhibited amendment was to remove existing restrictions in the Macedon township on 13 lots that would allow the potential for 17 additional dwelling lots and to clarify restrictions affecting 2 properties. Council adopted the amendment with changes to remove development restrictions on 10 properties and provide for a potential of 11 additional dwellings, and clarify restrictions affecting an additional 4 properties.
