Rezones a 140 hectare parcel of land at North Dennington, Warrnambool bounded to the north and west by the Merri River from (mainly) Farming zone and (partly) Public Park and Recreation Zone to General Residential Zone (approx 110 ha). Public Conservationand Resource Zone and Urban Floodway Zone (approx 30 ha). Applies a Developmetn Plan, Development Contributions Plan and Floodway Overlay to the land and reduces the contribution for public open space to 3 per cent.
