Permit provides for subdivision of Lot 1 TP118902N into 17 residential lots a public open space reserve abutting Five Mile Creek and a building exclusion zone on land identified as subject to flooding| and associated works including vegetation removal and a pedestrian footbridge to link with existing public footpath on Lot RES1 LP 141100.
