Authorisation No: A259 The amendment affects all industrial land within the municipality in particular many of the 43 precincts identified in the Ballarat Industrial Land Use Strategy as well as a greenfield site at Mount Rowan. The amendment proposes to: Make minor changes to the Municipal Strategic Statement at clauses 21.03 21.05 21.06 and 21.08 to enhance the strategies for industrial development and to reference the Ballarat Industrial Land Use Strategy 2005| Replace clause 22.05 with a new Industrial Land Policy which implements the findings and recommendations of the Ballarat Industrial Land Use Strategy 2005| and Make a number of rezonings and apply overlay controls to implement the recommendations of the Ballarat Industrial Land Use Strategy 2005.
