Rezones a strip of land located at the rear of the properties located on the south side of Patterson Avenue and Campaspe Crescent, Keilor (lots 1-38 of PS341495Q) from a Public Park and Recreation Zone to a Residential 1 Zone and applies an Environmental Audit Overlay and Design and Development Overlay (Schedule 3) to the site. The amendment also amends the Schedule to Clauses 61.01-61.04 to reflect the inclusion of new overlay maps (5EAO, 4DDO and 5DDO) within the scheme.
