Amendment C080 (Ballarat)
This was an invalid amendment as it rezoned Commonwealth land still in the ownership of the Commonwaelth and the approval of the amendment was revoked in 2006 when the error was identified. Land was rezoned after sale in a later amendment. Includes the former Commonwealth land in Russell Street Ballarat in the Ballarat Planning Scheme and includes the land within the Residential 1 Zone and the Environmental Audit Overlay deletes the existing Design and Development Overlay Schedules 11 and 12 over the site and applies a new Design and Development Overlay Schedule 16 over the land.
