Rezones land on the north side of Hopkins Point Road Warrnambool from part Farming Zone and part Rural Living Zone to Residential 1 Zone| removes Design and Development Overlay Schedule 2 from part of the land| introduces a new schedule to the Development Plan Overlay (DPO13) into the scheme and applies it to the land| itroduces a new schedule to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO17) into the scheme and applies it to the land| and amends Clause 21.05 (Housing) and 22.01 (Housing) to make minor changes in accordance with the Coastal Hopkins River Environmental Structure Plan May 2008.
