Implement Section 48 of the Heritage Act 1995 by introducing a new or amended registration to the Victorian Heritage Register into the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay in the areas of:- Bendigo Cemetery 70 Carpenter Street Bendigo: increase the extent of coverage of HO29| St Aidans Orphanage 190 St Aidans Road Bendigo: amend heritage overlay map and schedule to reduce the coverage of HO526 to relate only to the heritage place and update reference to the state registered place| Buckeye Creek Railway Bridge Complex Belfoir Park Road Ravenswood: amend heritage overlay schedule reference for the state registered place.
