Properties included within the area covered by Schedule 5 to the Design and Development Overlay are zoned Residential 1 Zone pursuant to the Monash Planning Scheme Public Use (Local Government) or Public Park and Recreation Zone. Properties included within the area covered by Schedule 6 to the Design and Development Overlay are zoned B1Z Business 1 or R1Z Residential 1 pursuant to the Monash Planning Scheme.
