Amendment C172mona (Monash)

Implements the Monash Boulevards Urban Design Framework (Tract, November 2022) (Boulevards UDF) by introducing new schedules to the Residential Growth Zone, a new schedule to the Mixed Use Zone, introducing new schedules to the Design and Development Overlay, and making associated mapping changes to land generally along Dandenong Road and Springvale Road (Monash Boulevards) to facilitate housing growth. The amendment also makes changes to the planning policy framework and other minor changes.
