Facilitates the future develpment of the Port Fairy Hospital in accordance with the Port Fairy Hospital Master Plan 2013. Rezones land owned by Moyne Health Services at 99 and 101 Regent Street 98 102 &104 Bank Street and 28 & 32 Villiers Street Port Fairy from Residential 1 Zone to Public Use Zone 3 - Health and Community Services (PUZ3)| amends Clause 22.04-1 (Port Fairy Hospital Development Plan Policy)| applies a new Schedule 25 to the Design and Development Overlay removes to all within the PUZ3 owned by Moyne Health Services and deletes the Schedule 19 and Schedule 21 to the Design and Development Overlay from this land.
