Authorisation No A912 Rezone CA31 & 32 and part CA 33 41 42 43 48 &49 parish of Woodend County of Dalhousie Montgomery Lane Woodend from part Rural Conservation Zone Schedule 1 and part Farming Zone to a Special Use Zone Schedule 5 - Braemar College Woodend and apply a Development Plan Overlay to the site. New Schedules to the Special Use Zone and the Development Plan Overlay will be included in the planning scheme that relate specifically to the land. The rezoning will facilitate the use and development of a new school - a second campus for Braemar College.
