Authorisation No: A0131 Amend Zone Maps No 5 9 and 10 to realign the current zone boundary between the Urban Floodway Zone and the Residential 1 Zone for the land at 253 Morriss Road (Lot 8 PS347834M) part of land at 15 Cherlin Drive (Lot 1 PS338975T) 93-105 Whites Road (Lot 2 PS417491) and rear of 113-117 Whites Road Warrnambool (Lot 2 PS445522L) that abuts both sides of Russells Creek in accordance with findings of Glenelg Hopkins Catchment Management Authority s North Warrnambool Flood Study for Merri River and Russells Creek (Dec 2003). Create and insert into planning scheme a new Land Subject to Inundation Overlay Map No 10 which introduces Land Subject to Inundation Overlay over parts of 93-105 and 113-117 Whites Road Warrnambool that abuts both sides of Russell Creek. Amend Land Subject to Inundation Overlay Map 5 to correctly apply Land Subject to Inundation Overlay over 253 Morriss Road Warrnambool. Amend DDO Maps 5 9 and 10 to apply the Design and Development Overlay No. 4 (DDO4) over new Residential 1 zone areas affecting 253 Morriss Road 15 Cherlin Drive 93-105 and 113-117 Whites Road Warrnambool. Amend DDO Map 5 to apply Design and Development Overlay No. 1 (DDO1) over the new Residential 1 Zone area affecting 253 Morriss Road Warrnambool.
