The amendment: Define land affected by the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay on the relevant planning scheme maps. Amend the Schedule to Clause 44.04 Land Subject to Inundation which specifies referral exemptions and permit application requirements. Introduce a new Clause 44.05 Special Building Overlay Introduce a new Schedule to the Special Building Overlay which specifies referral exemptions and permit application requirements. Define land affected by the Special Building Overlay on the relevant planning scheme maps. Amend the wording of Clause 21.10 of the Municipal Strategic Statement to specifically require the introduction of the Special Building Overlay Rezone relevant land that is currently in the urban Floodway Zone but which is not subject to flooding to the surrounding land use zone.
