Amendment C032 (Hepburn)

Implement Section 48 of the Heritage Act 1995 by applying the Heritage Overlay to two sites recently registered on the Victorian Heritage Register (Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park & Elvezia Homestead Complex, Limestone Road Yandoit) and including them on the planning scheme maps and in the schedule to the Heritage Overlay and modifying the schedule to the Heritage Overlay to reflect the inclusion of a site that is currently listed in the schedule on the Victorian Heritage Register.
