Authorisation No: A425 Introduces various Zone and Overlay changes to correct a zoning anomaly and to implement a rezoning foreshadowed in the existing Swan Hill Planning Scheme as recommended in the Swan Hill Residential Development Strategy 2006. Rezone land to the west of Williams Road Swan Hill from Industrial 1 Zone to Low Density Residential Zone and to delete the Development Plan Overlay 3 and apply the Development Plan Overlay 2. Rezone part of 17 Werrill Street Swan Hill from Business 2 Zone to Residential 1 Zone .
