Amendment C73swan (Swan Hill)

The amendment implements the recommendations of a range of adopted strategic work, including the Swan Hill Planning Scheme Review Report (2015); replaces the Local Planning Policy Framework of the Swan Hill Planning Scheme with a new Municipal Planning Strategy at Clause 02 and a modified Planning Policy Framework at Clauses 11-19; and updates local schedules to zones, overlays, particular provisions, general provisions and operational provisions in a manner consistent with changes to the Victoria Planning Provisions introduced by Amendment VC148.
