Extend the Heritage Overlay to include all parcels at 139 to 141 Pitt Street and 76 John Street Eltham| Remove the Public Park and Recreation Zone at 1551 to 1555 Main Road and 1559 Main Road Research and replace it with the Residential 1 Zone| Remove the Residential 1 Zone from the Nillumbik Cemetery located at 35 Main Street Diamond Creek and replace it with the Public Use Zone Schedule 5 Cemetery/Crematorium| Remove the Rural Use Zone from the Arthurs Creek Cemetery at 1165 Cemetery Road Arthurs Creek and replace it with a Public Use Zone Schedule 5 Cemetery/Crematorium Remove the Environmental Audit Overlay from 39 to 45 Ashley Road Yarrambat| and Make minor mapping change to Historic Site Number 18 89 Burns Street St Andrews to align the overlay with the parcel boundary.
