Modifies all the schedules in the Rural Living Zone by altering the area/dimensions/distance relating to setback from a road boundary and dwelling not in the same ownership| rezones crown land in Stawell bounded by Mary Street and Elizabeth Street from an Industrial 1 Zone to a Public Use Zone 5 to allow for the expansion of the Stawell Cemetery| corrects an anomaly with the numbering of the schedule to the Vegetation Protection Overlay| rezones land in Stawell bounded by Crowlands Road Hawthorn Street and Vine Street from a Public Use Zone 1 to a Residential 1 Zone| and rezones land at 10 Errington Road Stawell from an Industrial 1 Zone to a Rural Living Zone 1.
