This amendment applies to the site of existing Laang Speedway facility being portion of land known as Part CA 62B Parish of Laang obtaining a separate title for that part of land. Subject land is approximately 68 hectares in size and bounded by Warrnambool Cobden Road to South and Thorburns Road to North.
