The amendment applies to land along Sturt Street Echuca between the Murray River and approximately 20 metres south of the Murray Valley Highway (Ogilvie Avenue) Introduces a Public Acquisition Overlay and a new schedule to identify land to be acquired by VicRoads| Amends the schedules to the Design and Development Overlay and Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to exempt VicRoads from the requirement to obtain planning permits for the road works along the alignment| Introduces a new schedule to Clause 81| Amends the schedule to Clause 52.17 so that no permit is required to remove destroy or lop native vegetation along the alignment|
