Proposes to change the Local Planning Policy Framework of the South Gippsland Planning Scheme by| Replacing Clause 22 - South Gippsland Municipal Strategic Statement with a new MSS which updates existing information and incorporates the key findings and recommendations of strategic planning studies and investigations undertaken over the last two years including the South Gippsland Rural Strategy and South Gippsland Shire Heritage Study| Replacing Clause 22.01 Wind turbine and windfarm development Local Policy with a new Local Policy| Adding new Local Policies as follows| - 22.02 - Alternative Domestic Energy Supply - 22.03 - Dams - 22.04 - Advertising Signs - 22.05 - Industrial Development - 22.06 - Car Parking - 22.07 - Heritage - 22.08 - Rural Policy| The Amendment also proposes to replace the existing Schedule to Clause 35.01 Rural Zone with a new Schedule to provide new minimum subdivision area standards in accordance with the recommendations of the South Gippsland Rural Strategy.
