Amendment GC183 (Golden Plains)
The amendment implements the recommendations of Stage 2C of the Surf Coast Shire Heritage Study (Ecology and Heritage Partners Pty Ltd, 2020) by amending Clause 02.03-5 (Built environment and heritage), Clause 15.03-1L (Heritage conservation) and the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay) and updating the mapping for selected heritage places in the Surf Coast Planning Scheme; including the Pollocksford Bridge at Gnarwarre (Surf Coast Shire) and Stonehaven (Golden Plains Shire) as a new heritage place in the schedule to Clause 43.01 in both the Surf Coast and Golden Plains Planning Schemes; including a new incorporated document containing heritage citations and statements of significance for 15 heritage places in the Surf Coast Planning Scheme; including a new incorporated document containing a statement of significance for the Pollocksford Bridge in the Golden Plains Planning Scheme; and making associated changes to the Schedule to Clause 72.04 in both Schemes.
