Amendment GC082 (Maribyrnong)

The Amendment updates the planning approval for the Metro Tunnel Project to allow for project design changes by: Amending the Project Land to which the Melbourne Metro Rail Project Incorporated Document, March 2018 (Incorporated Document) applies. Making various changes to the content of the Incorporated Document. Amending the relevant schedule of Clause 43.02 to reference the updated Incorporated Document. Revises the land required to protect Project infrastructure from new development by amending relevant Design and Development Overlay Planning Scheme Maps.
