Amends the Schedule to Clause 52.02 to facilitate removal of restrictive covenants on title at 10 Eighth Street, Eildon, and part of 18 Twenty First Street, Eildon and facilitate removal of reserve status from part of 10 Eighth Street, Eildon to enable development of key worker accommodation funded under the Regional Worker Accommodation Fund.
