Amendment C57mans (Mansfield)

The amendment seeks to implement the recommendations from the Mansfield Planning Scheme Review (2022) and to implement the Mansfield Open Space Strategy (2023) and the Mansfield Open Space Strategy Contributions Plan (2023) by amending the schedule to Clause 53.01 (Public Open Space Contribution and Subdivision) to specify a 5, 6 and 7.5 per cent contribution towards public open space for residential subdivision and a 5 per cent contribution for mixed use, commercial and industrial subdivision, where a contribution is payable. The amendment also makes changes to the Schedule to Clause 72.08 (Background Documents) to include the Mansfield Open Space Strategy (January 2023) and the Mansfield Open Space Contributions Plan (January 2023) as background documents.
