Implement the Melbourne Planning Scheme Review 2023 by correcting anomalies and errors in the Melbourne Planning Scheme. It updates several schedules to Clauses 37.02 Comprehensive Development Zone, 37.04 Capital City Zone, and 37.05 Docklands by clarifying planning permit requirements and deleting an undefined land use term, rezones the land at 70-90 Chelmsford Street, Kensington from Clause 32.04 Mixed Use Zone to Clause 36.02 Public Park and Recreation Zone. It resolves inconsistencies between the Schedule to Clause 43.01 Heritage Overlay and associated Heritage Places Inventory incorporated document, corrects a map error in Schedule 1 to Clause 43.02 Design and Development Overlay, and makes associated changes to operational provisions and planning scheme maps.
