The planning permit allows the use and development of the land at 60-62 Morgan Street for the Wathaurong Aboriginal Cooperative (WAC) North Geelong Hub including a function centre and car parking, development of a car park on part of the land at 43 The Boulevard, Norlane, use and development of part of the land at 21 Birdwood Avenue, Norlane for a car park, reduction in required car parking, creation and alteration of access to a road in a TRZ2; display of a business identification sign and removal of native vegetation.
