Affects land adjacent the Lonsdale Golf Course, off Gill Road, Point Lonsdale and rezones land from Farming Zone and Rural Conversation Zone Schedule 11 (RCZ11) to Special Use Zone 3 (SUZ3) to provide for an expansion of the existing golf course and rezones other land from SUZ3 to RCZ1 . The amendment also applies the Development Plan Overlay (DPO26) to the land being rezoned to SUZ3, deletes the DPO26 from land being rezoned to RCZ11 and changes the DPO26 schedule. The planning permit approves a 2 lot subdivision to enable the golf club to purchase the newly rezoned Special Use 3 land from the adjoining property owner.
