Implements the Lower Barwon and Lower Moorabool Flood Investigation (Dec 2018), Lara Flood Study (March 2020) and part of the Bellarine Peninsula - Corio Bay Local Coastal Hazard Assessment (Dec 2015). It includes rezoning of land in Lara to implement the Lara Flood Study, revises the mapping extent of the Floodway Overlay (FO), Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO and LSIO2) and Special Building Overlay (SBO) in the areas of the respective studies and amends the Schedules to the FO and LSIO.
