The Amendment rezones some or all of four lots in 335 Barrabool Road and 37, 39, 41-63, 65 and 67 Cityview Drive, Wandana Heights from Farming Zone and Public Use Zone 1 to General Residential Zone Schedule 1. Two small adjacent lots used for telecommunications infrastructure are also proposed to be included in the General Residential Zone Schedule 1. A concurrent Planning Permit proposes subdivision of the land into 195 residential lots.
