The amendment proposes to rezone land abutting the south of 100 Weddell Road North Geelong to provide for the completion of car parking and controlled access to the Multicultural Aged Care Services facility. The amendment is combined with a planning permit application PP 108/2015 for subdivision of a part of the adjoining drainage reserve, consolidation with the western portion of the De Stefano Drive road reserve and the newly acquired area into MACS property to the north and buildings and works associated with the existing residential aged care facility.
