Amendment C323yara (Yarra)

The amendment extends the expiry dates of Schedules 18, 21, 22, 23, 30, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO18, DDO21, DDO22, DDO23, DDO30, DDO35, DDO36, DDO37, DDO38, DDO39 and DDO40) to 30 June 2025, which apply to the Heidelberg Road corridor in Alphington and Fairfield, the Bridge Road and Victoria Street Activity Centres, and land within the activity centre areas and nearby commercial and mixed-use zone areas across Fitzroy and Collingwood. The amendment also deletes the redundant Schedule 4 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO4), which applies to the Victoria Street East Precinct.
