The amendment implements reforms introduced by VC148 to improve clarity and format of the Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme by amending the Schedule to Clause 45.12 (Specific Controls Overlay) and the Schedule to Clause 51.01 (Specific Sites and Exclusions) to remove sites and applicable incorporated documents that have been transferred and mapped under the Specific Controls Overlay. The amendment also deletes an expired incorporated document and re-inserts an incorporated document previously omitted in error.
