The amendment implements the Monbulk Structure Plan (Yarra Ranges Shire Council, November 2017) and the Monbulk Urban Design Framework (Yarra Ranges Shire Council, November 2023) by introducing local policy at Clause 11.03 and a new Schedule 21 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO21) applying to Monbulk Town Centre. The amendment makes consequential changes to the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme.
