Amendment C208 (Wyndham)

Introduces Schedule 6 to the Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO6) and applies the overlay to land generally 50 metres from the middle of the Kororoit Creek for the entire length of the Creek as it extends through the municipality. The amendment also applies the ESO to a Council-owned property containing a constructed water-treatment wetland to protect the environmental and cultural values of the Kororoit Creed and includes guidelines (including Objectives) for development to ensure consistent guidance for the improvement of the habitat and landscape values along its length.
