The Amendment extends SCO13 of the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme to include additional Project Land for the purposes of drainage works. Maroondah Highway, Lilydale Level Crossing Removal Project - Drainage Upgrade addition to Project Land The Amendment requests the inclusion of additional Project Land required for the Maroondah Highway, Lilydale Level Crossing Removal Project (the Project) within the Specific Controls Overlay Schedule 13 (SCO13) so the land is subject to the Projects Incorporated Document, February 2020. The additional Project Land is required to facilitate the upgrade to the surrounding drainage network for the purposes of the Projects changes to the surrounding floodplain.
