The amendment proposes to rezone land to the north-east of Tatura from the Farming Zone 2 (FZ2) to the Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ), the Rural Living Zone (RLZ) and the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ). The amendment also proposes to rezone lands from the LDRZ to the Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ), remove land from the Floodway Overlay (FO) and apply the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) to part of the land and the Development Plan Overlay (DPO) to all affected land.
