The amendment amends Map No.61EAO and Map No.64EAO to remove the Environmental Audit Overlay from land where a preliminary risk screen assessment (PRSA), completed pursuant to Part 8.3 of the Environment Protection Act 2017, shows it is unlikely there is contamination on site and that an environmental audit is not required.
